Proposal to implement Telegram bot (ghost hunter project)

This bot integrates Telegram’s IP address and geographic data to interact with users, and then extracts it and uses MongoDB to store the data.

🔸 Technology engineers, OSINT operations, regulatory bodies, etc. can use this tool a lot.

🔸 You may collect information in a targeted manner from a third country.

🔸 🔸 Specification:
🔸 When the user interacts with the bot for the first time using the /start command.
🔸 This bot collects essential information such as the user’s Telegram ID, username, full name, and user’s language .preference.
🔸 Retrieves the user’s public IP address and uses it to retrieve location information.
🔸 To verify the identity and allow full access, the bot asks for the user’s phone number,
which is received with the user’s consent (playing with thoughts and reverse engineering with the user’s mind and psyche).

🔸 Phone Number Request: Users are asked to share their phone number to confirm they are not a bot.
🔸 Grant Access: By receiving the phone number, the bot updates the user’s profile in the database and gives access to more features.
🔸 🔸 Handling the request:
🔸 Account identification requests: Users can send Telegram numeric IDs for account identification.
🔸 Information is collected again from other users.
🔸 The bot processes these requests and provides completely fake feedback.
🔸 🔸 Feedback mechanism:
🔸 The bot will inform users whether their request was successful or not and provide guidance accordingly.
